The 50 Kisses Music Challenge

As part of 50 Kisses, we launched a music challenge. Much of the music here was used in the end credits. Give the whole playlist a go, it’s really pretty brilliant. Amazing creative people doing theire magical thing!

Fred’s House should be your number one choice with their beautiful and melodic songs. An excellent band to see live with great vocals and harmonies.I’ve just given a few of the 50 good reasons to pick their songs for 50 Kisses!

Tess Tyler composed the music score for our film entry “A Kiss Goodnight”. She seems to have a natural grasp on themes, delivering for our production and I believe has done again here with Stunt Poetry. I feel many of the other tracks are too acoustic or folk based, which possibly doesn’t offer the range and depth for a feature of short films with wide genres. Not to say one of these has a place somewhere in the mix?

You need to randomize the playlist if you want people to listen to more than the current track 1.

50k by METS is the best track. I’ve heard this composer before on a short called catching the fox and loved his music. One to look out for in the future.

Caren Levine’s music needs to be in this film. She whispers what we all really want anyway; A connection with someone who speaks to our soul.

Listened to the whole playlist while I was writing, a solid high quality set of music! But I think I’d have to listen to it again (while not writing!) to pick out any standout tracks.
